I'm a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, working with adults who are seeking more ease, clarity, and connection in their lives.

I tailor my approach to you, drawing from a blend of evidence-based and experiential practices, including:
Narrative Therapy (exploring and reshaping the stories we tell ourselves)
Client-Centered Therapy (honoring your unique experiences and inner wisdom)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) (working with different parts of yourself to foster inner harmony)
Mindfulness-Based Therapy (building present-moment awareness and self-compassion)
Parts Work (including inner child and inner critic exploration to understand your inner landscape)
Art Therapy ( a gentle tool to externalize thoughts and feelings, helping make the internal more tangible — no art experience needed)
Together, we'll explore what feels most helpful for you, always at a pace that feels safe and grounded.

Each session is 50 mins long. I offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
