Therapy to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels right for you.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and gently move toward more clarity, ease, and self-trust.

Pearl Lee, psychotherapist in Toronto

Welcome!

I’m Pearl.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, working with adults who are seeking more ease, clarity, and connection in their lives.

A place to heal and explore

You might be here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or struggling with life transitions. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you — it’s about creating space to explore what’s been hard to carry alone and supporting you in reconnecting with the person you want to be.

I offer a gentle, collaborative approach where you can move at your own pace and feel truly heard.

How I Can Help:

In our work together, we’ll focus on:

Understand the patterns that keep you stuck

Build self-awareness and emotional clarity

Navigating life transitions with more ease

Softening the inner critic and cultivating self-compassion

Reconnecting with your needs, values and authentic self.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. Therapy is a process of discovery — and you can begin from exactly where you are.

My Approach

I tailor my approach to you, drawing from a blend of evidence-based and experiential practices, including:

  • Narrative Therapy (exploring and reshaping the stories we tell ourselves)

  • Client-Centered Therapy (honoring your unique experiences and inner wisdom)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) (working with different parts of yourself to foster inner harmony)

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy (building present-moment awareness and self-compassion)

  • Parts Work (including inner child and inner critic exploration to understand your inner landscape)

  • Art Therapy ( a gentle tool to externalize thoughts and feelings, helping make the internal more tangible — no art experience needed)

Together, we'll explore what feels most helpful for you, always at a pace that feels safe and grounded.

Who I work with :

I support adults who are navigating:

  • Anxiety and overthinking

  • Life transitions and feeling “stuck”

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt

  • Emotional overwhelm and burnout

  • Inner critic struggles

  • The impact of past experiences on present challenges

  • Abstract design with overlapping organic shapes in purple, brown, and yellow on a black background.

A quote I lead my practise by:

‘Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom’
