My Approach to Anxiety

I offer a calm, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and client-centered — you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to guide the process gently.

Depending on your needs, we may integrate:

  • Narrative Therapy (exploring and reshaping the stories you tell yourself)

  • Mindfulness Practices (building present-moment awareness and emotional regulation)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) (working with protective and vulnerable “parts” of yourself)

  • Parts Work (including inner critic and inner child exploration to understand internal dynamics)

Together, we’ll find what resonates for you — no pressure, no rush.
